ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing from Stormy Dashai Graphics, Client agrees to receive services which have been specified in the product description on StormyDashaiGraphics.com. 


PAYMENT

All services must be paid in full. There are no payment plans or deposits accepted.


REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND CANCEL FEES

By agreeing to Stormy Dashai Graphic's terms and conditions, clients MUST understand that refunds or exchanges are not provided under ANY circumstance unless an agreement between the owner and client has been agreed upon by contract.

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the design, we offer a five revision limit. Any additional revisions will result in a $5 revision fee per revision.

If a client decides to cancel their order/services for any reason(s), a refund will not be provided. Any work or designs that are remaining will remain under ownership of the designer.


TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times vary depending on the type of service/product you plan on purchasing. Average turnaround time for a product can be found in the product's description. When order volume is high, additional time may be required to complete your product/design. Packages are taken one step at a time and could take anywhere from 1-2 months depending on the designer's order volume and client response time.
